Carmen S. Anderson

If you know astrology, then you understand Capricorns. Add being the oldest child and a curious kid who read everything in sight. Carmen is a natural born leader who loves love and has always assisted people in overcoming adversities to become their best selves. 
Carmen sought a degree in social work after working in a group home. Taking every opportunity to work with families while in school, her experience and passion lies in family advocacy, parent education and community based programming. While working with management, Carmen realized there were more effective ways to lead and guide for positive change. Thus switching to a B.S in Organizational Leadership. She's completed many graduate courses in Training and Development, and is currently a Staff Development Specialist and Policy Trainer for the state of Illinois. Carmen is a non-denominational ordained officiant who desires to prepare people for a successful union. She has now decided to bring her career full circle, by again serving people and becoming a coach in life.
